Limit in shipments of MiPymes by Exports Easy will increase of US$ 2.000 to 5,000

The limit of shipments that the micro ones realise, small and medians companies (mipymes) through program Exports Easy will increase of 2.000 to 5.000 dollars as of the second semester of this year, today announced the Ministry of Foreign trade and Tourism (Mincetur).

“The importance of Exports Easy is which more companies will enter the exporting productive process, micro, small and medians companies that never thought about exporting now do it taking advantage of this facility,”, showed minister of Foreign trade and Turismo, Mercedes Aráoz.

It indicated that at present this program looks for to benefit to the micro ones, small and medium industralists who can realise their exports until for 2.000 dollars and 30 kilos of weight by shipment, turning the exporting process into a fast, economic and safe mechanism.

Nevertheless, it needed that as much the Mincetur as the Ministry Transports and Comunicaciones (MTC) is working with the Ministry of Economy and Finanzas (MEF) so that the amount to export is increased substantially, at least to 5.000 dollars.

“The last word has the MEF but we are working so that the answer is positive and it is possible to be executed soon”, it referred during the ceremony of premiación to the Peruvian industralists by the use of Exports Easy.

It indicated that from his launching in July of the 2007, there are 800 companies benefitted with this program because businesses with them have acceded to new markets doing.

“All this makes possible that today we speak that already 5.700 realised exports have been realised, valorized in more of million 600 thousand dollars”, emphasized Aráoz.

On the other hand, the president of Postal the Servicios company of Peru (Serpost), Smoked Jose, indicated that in the last four months the shipments through Export Easy grew in 41.18 percent.
“The micro ones, small and medians companies are demonstrating that Peru can continue exporting its products and to generate more work, surpassing therefore international the financial crisis”, commented.

According to statistical data of Serpost, to December of the past year the 38 percent of the shipments with exports had as United States destiny, the nine percent went to Australia and England, respectively, and the four percent to Spain, Canada, Germany and France, in each case.

Whereas the three percent was destined to Japan, the two percent to Puerto Rico and the accumulated ones of Others had the 22 percent.
